Mileage: Enjoy up to 400 km per day included with your rental. Need to ride a little farther? Additional kilometers are available at just $0.25 per km after the first 400 km.
Q. What is the criteria to be able to rent a bike?
A. Must be at least 25 years of age, possess a full-motorcycle license (eg, 6 in AB, M or M2 in ON). For international renters, we recommend bringing an official translation of your driver’s license to verify that it includes motorcycle riding privileges. Otherwise, the license will be reviewed using AI verification tools. Based on the information provided, if the license confirms motorcycle endorsement, the rental will proceed. If motorcycle privileges cannot be verified, the rental will be denied without refund of the deposit. All riders needs to have a credit that we can place up to a $2,500 pre-authorized hold for a damage deposit. Deductible is $5,000A. Rates are based on a 24 hr day. For example, if you pick up at 9 AM on the pick up day, it is due back on the return day at 9 AM. The more days you rent, the lower the daily rate. The rates are different depending on the model you select. There is a peak season surcharge from June 15 to Sept 15 of $10 per day.

A. Yes, for the touring bikes for a nominal one time fee of $50.

A. 20% deposit is required on booking. The balance is due when they pick up the bike. Deposit is refundable up to 72 hours prior to departure. Reservations are NOT guaranteed without a 20% deposit, which must be paid by credit card through the Calgary Harley-Davidson website. Calgary Harley-Davidson reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not have the required deposit or prior approval from the Rentals Department.
A. Yes, our insurance coverage is valid in the United States. The motorcycle may not be taken into Mexico or any other country. The bike must be returned to Calgary Harley-Davidson. Any alternative return location within Canada must be pre-approved and quoted by Calgary Harley-Davidson.
A. No, but we will require their driver's license and they will have to sign the rental agreement.
A. No, due to insurance restrictions, children under the age of 18 cannot ride the rental bikes. All passangers needs to be +18 years old.
A. Yes, in our back parking area.
A. The helmets provided with the rental are mostly half-helmets with the zip-out liners. We suggest to bring your own full-face helmet or we have them available for sale.
A. If a specific motorcycle model is requested, the Rentals Department must be notified and a $79 fee will apply. If this fee is not paid and the service is requested, Calgary Harley-Davidson reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle with a similar class model without prior notice.
A. Yes, for $50 one time charge.
